Pastor Luke began his new Sunday evening sermon series called "Ready to Go," looking at the book of Second Timothy, Paul's last epistle written before his death. What did Paul have to say to his son in the faith, and what can we learn for our lives today? We know this series will be a blessing to us all in the weeks ahead!
One of the most powerful tools any one of us has for evangelism is our personal testimony! So each Tuesday evening at 7 p.m., we will be posting a video with believers in our local church giving their salvation testimonies of how the Lord has worked in their lives. We look forward to uploading a new video each week for the next couple of months and hope that God will use this "Testimony Tuesday" series to encourage your own heart and bring others to Christ!

On March 22, 2020, the Province of Nova Scotia officially declared a state of emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For three months, all services have been broadcasted online only. Now, as there have been no new cases of COVID in Nova Scotia since the second week of June, Public Health has lifted some restrictions. Therefore, as of June 21, our in-person gatherings for services (Sunday AM & PM plus Midweek Bible Study) will reconvene in the church building but with a limit of 50 people for each service and all social distancing protocols in place. Audio and video of these services will continue to be posted and will be available a few hours after each service. Thank you for your understanding!
"Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints" (Psalm 116:15). Our dear brother Dan Finch went home to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Friday, June 5th. He will be greatly missed by all of us here, but we thank the Lord for his years of missionary service at the Peoples Gospel Hour and for his fellowship at Missionary Bible Church.
For our Sunday morning service this week (May 31st), we will be meeting in our cars at Missionary Bible Church for a parking lot service (unfortunately, due to the very limited space, this service will need to be limited to church family only and not guests or visitors at this time). As we are following public health guidelines for drive-in services, Pastor Luke will be broadcasting his message at 11 a.m. on a short-range frequency of 89.5 FM to those inside their cars. We trust the Lord for a blessed time of being together, though still apart!
